Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the service deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A new deposit will be required to reserve a future appointment. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time as I strive to provide the best experience for every client.
